摘要

Abstract

Objective To detect the phenotypes of 11 biochemical markers such as Akpl, Alpl, Esl in the inbred MU and HFJ rats bred in our laboratory. Methods Seven MIJ rats, including 3 pairs of male and female rats and 1 infertile male rat were taken from the MIJ ( F22 ) foundation stock. Six MHJ rats, including 3 pairs of male and female rats, were taken from the HFJ ( F25) foundation stock. Detection of biochemical makers in the inbred rats were conducted according to the national standard GB/T 14927. 1-2001. The biochemical makers in the inbred rats were detected according to the national standard GB/T 14927. 1-2001. Results The 11 biochemical makers in the MIJ and HFJ rats were completely homozygous, and the biochemical genetic profile of the two inbred strains were completely the same. The marker loci were Akpl a, Csl a, Esl b, Es3 d, EsA b, Es6 a, Es& b, Es9 a, EslO a, Hbb a and Alpl b, respectively. Compared with the most commonly used inbred rats in the world, we didn' t find any one inbred strain with the same biochemical genetic profile exactly as that of the MIJ and HFJ rats. Conclusion MIJ and HFJ rats meet the standard of inbred strain, and have their unique biochemical genetic profile.
