糖尿病教育重点目标人群的研究
Evaluation of diabetes eduacation most targeted population

Abstract
The aim of the study was to find out which factors are able to predict the disease-specific knowl-edge of diabetic patients and to characterize this group of patients.MethodsThe disease-specific knowledge of diabetic pa-tients was tested using a diabetes knowledge test. All data manipulation and statistical calculations were conducted with the statistical software package SPSS 12.0.ResultsThere were differences in diabetes knowledge scores among patients with different age, gender,education level,monthly household and micro-vascular complications or not(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Age,gender,educa-tion level and monthly household Income were found to affect test results(OR=1.415,1841,1513,0.795,P<0.05).The existence of diabetes related micro-complications was associated with poor test results but showed no statistical significance in multivariate analysis. ConclusionThere is a group of diabetic patients that is less informed about diabetes and shows knowledge deficits in testing. These patients often being male,old, lack education and from low income family.Effects to assure diabetes education for these patients are essentially necessary.关键词
