大豆根腐病拮抗细菌的生物学特性研究
Biological Characteristics of Antagonistic Bacteria against Soybean Root Rot

Abstract
Eight soybean root antagonistic bacteria strains including B01c、B021a、B04b、B06、B072b、B09、B131 and B1 had been screened in precious research,and the biological characteristics of growth temperature,Ph,oxygen,osmotic pressure and growth rate of those bacteria were tested in this study. As for the suitable growth temperature,B01c,B021a,B04b and B131 were (30 ± 1)℃, B06 and B09 were (45±1)℃,B1 could grow well at both (30±l)℃ and (45 ± l)℃. All strains could grow well at Ph 7,seven strains could grow at Ph 11 except B09 .while Ph 3 was not suitable for all of them. The growth condition of bacteria in neutral condition was better than Ph 11. Among all strains,B01c and B09 were aerobes,B021a,B04b,B06 and Bl were facultative anaerobes,B072b and B131 were aerotolerant anaerobes. B04b and B072b were haloduric,B131 was weak haloduric and other strains could survive at 0.85% and 5% NaCl concentrations. The growth curves showed that 8 bio-control bacteria had different growth properties. In general,the biological characteristics of 8 antagonistic bacteria strains were different,the research made a foundation for further application of these biocontrol bacteria.关键词
