不同产地树头菜中总黄酮含量的测定
Determination of the Content of Total Flavonoids in Crateva unilocularis from Different Producing Areas

Abstract
[Objective] To determine the content of total flavonoids in Crateva unilocularis from different producing areas. [ Method] Using rutin as reference substance, contents of total flavonoids in Crateva unUocularis from different producing areas including Xishuangbanna, Puer, Shiping and Jianshui were determined at 510 nm by UV spectrophotometry colored with sodium nitrite - aluminum nitrate - sodium hydroxide. [ Result] Contents of total flavonoids in Crateva unUocularis from Xishuangbanna, Puer, Shiping and Jianshui were respectively 1.89, 2.22, 2.02 and 1.49 mg/g, among which content of total flavonoids in Crateva unUocularis was the highest in Puer and lowest in Jianshui. [Conclusion] The method was accurate, reliable, repeatable and could be used to determine the content of total flavonoids in Crateva unUocularis.关键词
