不同生态产区烤烟片烟化学成分在醇化中的变化规律研究

Abstract
In order to discuss the variation law of chemical components in flue-cured tobacco during alcoholization process, through selecting six areas with different ecology conditions,the variation law of total sugar,reducing sugar,nicotine,volatile alkali,volatile acid,pH and iodine in upper,middle and lower parts of tobacco were studied. The results showed that during alcoholization process,the content of total sugar,reducing sugar,pH and volatile alkali gradually decreasing; while TN and nicotine doesn't have obvious changes.关键词
