Research Progress of the Application of Derivatization Solid-phase Micro-extraction in Gas Chromatography
摘要
Abstract
Solid-phase microextraction (SPME) as a kind of sensitive, convenient, fast, solvent-free, liquid and gas eamples analysis pre-trealmenl is being proposed in the 1990s and has been rapidly developed. This technology is conducive to further chromatographic analysis for strong polar, difficult volatile compounds by derivatization. This article reviews the SPME historical development, the type of derivative reaction and SPME-GC applications.关键词
