目的 探讨脓毒症大鼠血液中血管性血友病因子(vWF)、血小板活化因子(PAF)的变化规律及辛伐他汀对血管内皮的保护作用.方法 将54只SD大鼠随机分为脓毒症组(予腹腔注射0.9%氯化钠注射液,3h后予注射内毒素、制模后1、3、6、12h各6只)、辛伐他汀组(制模后1、3、6、12h各6只)和正常对照组,分别检测各组大鼠血vWF、PAF的水平.结果 脓毒症组大鼠在注射6h时的血vWF水平较正常对照组升高(P＜0.05);辛伐他汀干预组6h时的血vW…查看全部>>
