Therapeutic Effect of Treating Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type by Electroacupuncture at Fengchi Point( GB 20)and Jiaji Point
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of treating cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type by electroacupuncture at Fengchi Point(GB 20) and Jiaji point. Methods:We selected the paravertebral points of cervical spondylopathy and the ones upper and lower, acupunctured those points and then jointed in the pulsed - electrotherapy instrument, and acupunctured the two Feichi point( GB 20) at the same time. After two courses, we compared the clinic symptoms and the results of TCD of the patients pre and post treatment. Results : The clinical symptoms of patients were obviously improved after treatment. The blood flow velocity of vertebral artery and basilar artery was faster than before, and there was a significant difference between pre and post treatment (P ＜ 0. 05). Conclusion: Acupuncture can adjust the blood flow velocity and volume verte-brobasilar artery, and relieve the insufficient blood supply. The mechanism is that acupuncture makes the imbalance of the neck biomechanics recovery, and its effects can strengthen the autonomic nerve regulation.关键词
