摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to study the technological conditions of soluble soybean polysaccharide (SSPS) extracted from soybean dregs based on microwave-assisted. [ Methods] Phenol-sulfuric acid process was used to determine polysaccharide yield, the single factor experimentation was made in the soybean dregs by adopting different extraction temperature, liquid-solid ratio and extraction time. The extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiment. [ Results] The optimal extraction technology parameters of SSPS by orthogonal experiment were as follow: the power was 320 W, liquid-solid ratio was 40:1, extraction time was 35 s. The method of phenol-sulphate acid was applied to determine the yield of SSPS, the yield of SSPS was 12.09%. [ Conclusion] Microwave assisted extraction can improve the extraction efficiency of soluble soybean polysaccharide (SSPS) from soybean dregs.
