光电转盘反应器处理染料废水数学模型
Mathematical Model of Dye Wastewater Treatment with Thin Film Photoelectrocatalytic Reactors
摘要
Abstract
Contrast to traditional water treatments like aerobic, anaerobic and biological treatment, the photoelectrocatalytic treatment has many advantages as short HRT, complete degradation, etc. For above, the TiO2/Ti rotating disk photoelectrocatalytic reactor (RPEC) was proposed. By loading the catalyst on the rotating disks, the transfer of the wastewater can be enhanced and form about tens of microns liquid film on the surface of the disks through which the catalyst can be irradiated by the excitation light. This helps to solve the problem of utilization of light and reduce the simple compound of electrons and holes by adding bias voltage, and improve the efficiency eventually.Based on the RPEC kinetic equation and considering the influence facts including light intensity, bias voltage, wheel speed, initial concentration, catalyst dosage and pH, the aim of this work is to set up the degradation curve by using iterative calculation in MATLAB software to simulate the rotating process. It is proved that the degradation curves match the experiments coincidently and provide the guidance for the pracital industry applications.关键词
