异氰酸酯胶芦苇碎料板生产工艺研究
Study on the Manufacturing Technology of Reed Flakeboard Bonded with MDI Resin
摘要
Abstract
Main technology parameters for manufacturing MDI-bonded reed flakeboard were confirmed through experiment. As shown by the results, the optimal technology parameters for 14mm thick reed flakeboard were 170 ℃ hot-pressing for 7 min, 6% glue dose, 20% of coarse particles, and 0.85 g/cm3 of board density. According to above parameters, the properties of the reed flakeboard met the quality requirements of national standards for particleboards.关键词
