摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The study aims to study antioxidant effect of Ornithogalum caudatum Ait of ethanol extracts under different volume fractions in vitro. [ Methods] Effects of ethanol with different volume fractions on antioxidant activity of Ornithogalum caudatum Ait are studied by using phenanthroline-Fe2+ oxidation, pyrogallol autoxidation method (MTT) and DPPH methods. [Results] The results show that ethanol extracts of Ornithogalum caudatum Ait have scavenging on ? OH,O2- ? And DPPH ? , and scavenging activity is proportional to total saponin content in Ornithogalum caudatum Ait. Moreover, the antioxidant capacity of ethanol extracts under different volume fractions in vitro are 70% ethanol extracts > 80% ethanol extracts > 60% ethanol extracts > 40% ethanol extracts > 20% ethanol extracts. [Conclusion] Saponin components have to do with its inoxidizability.关键词
