棉花DNA提取方法综述
Progress on Extraction Methods of DNA from Cotton
摘要
Abstract
Cotton was one of important economic crops in China. Because of the rich gossypol, polysaccharides, tannins and other interfering compounds in cotton,the extraction and purification of DNA were much more difficult than other crops. The extraction methods of cotton' s genomic DNA were reviewed. In these extraction methods,SDS method and CTAB method were commonly used,and the CTAB method and its modified method resulted in best extraction outcome.关键词
