摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The research aimed to study the components and functions of inner substances of Euscaphis konishii Hayata. [ Method ] Taken the seeds of E. Konishii Hayata for materials, and its inner substances were extracted and separated. Then the seed germination tests of cabbage were carried out. [ Result]The results showed that there are different kinds and different concentrations of inner inhibitors existed in outer coat, inner coat and endosperm of seeds of E. Konishii Hayata. [ Conclusion ] It is one of the reason that caused the dormancy of E. Konishii Hayata for the existence of inhibitors of germination existed in outer coat, inner coat and endosperm.
