Analysis of genetic diversity and relationships among ancient sweet osmanthus trees using ISSR markers
利用ISSR分子标记,以云南木犀[Osmanthus yunnanensis(Franchet)P.S.Green]和柊树[O.heterophyllus(G.Don.)P.S.Green]为对照种,对6个省(市)45份古桂花和2份野生桂花进行了遗传多样性研究.结果表明,古桂花具有丰富的遗传多样性,选用的14条引物共扩增出148条DNA条带,其中多态性条带131条,占88.51%;平均观察等位基因数、有效等位基因数、Nei's遗传多样性指数和Sh…查看全部>>
Interspecific relationships of 45 ancient sweet osmanthus trees from 6 provinces and 2 wild species of sweet osmanthus were evaluated by using ISSR (inter simple sequence repeat) marker with Osmanthus yurmanensis ( Franchet) P. S. Green and O.fordii Hemsl as contrast species. The results showed that ancient sweet osmanthus trees had abundant genetic diversity.
