竹类煤烟病大型病原菌——海绵胶煤炱菌的分子鉴定
Molecular identification of Scorias spongiosa of a large pathogen of the bamboo sooty molds
摘要
Abstract
Sooty molds is a disease common type of bamboo. The number of specimens of the bamboo sooty molds were collected more than 100 from Chengdu, Deyang, Mianyang, Yibin of Sichuan Province, Zhejiang and Jiangsu Province. It was discovered that the bamboo sooty molds produced large fruiting bodies, and pure strains were obtained by tissue and spores isolation method. The total DNA of the pure culture fruiting bodies were extracted for ITS sequence analysis, and the molds were identified as Scorias spongiosa, a new record species of bamboo pathogenic fungus in China.关键词
