Overview on the Cultivation Techniques of Dendrobium officinale
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]Dendrobium officinale is a kind of traditional medicinal material in China that belongs to national second class protected medicinal plants. It has unique, health - care and medicine values for many people due to containing abundant polysaccharides and mannose. This paper reviews briefly the general development situation,industrial policy,species collection,and tissue culture production of seedlings. Moreover, this paper focused on the key points of cultivation techniques, regional properties and security of planting base, developing perspective and problems about D. Officinale,as well as investigate the effects of variety breeding,cultivation model,fertilization technology,disease and insect pests on the medicinal value of D. Qfficinaie. As a result, the success to expand distribution range on condition of ensuring the security of planting base could improve the quality of medicinal materials. Industrial production of tube seedlings could rapidly breed high -quality varieties. Besides,other factors like variety breeding,light,substrate,fertilization,and harvesting could influence the quality of cultivars to some extent. Consequently,to design a whole set of efficient and safe cultivation model based on these theoretical bases could improve the quality of D. Qfficinaie,as well as promote the sustainable development of the entire industry.关键词
