河南省周口地区几种常见野生中草药的单方抑菌效果
Unilateral Bacteriostatic Effect of Several Common Wild Herbs Collected from Henan Zhoukou Area
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to study the unilateral bacteriostatic effect of 6 kinds of Herb on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. [ Method] TV active ingredients of the six kinds of Herb were extracted by water extracting method,and the bacteriostatic effect of the Herb was tested by the paper filtering method. [ Result] Hie results showed that six kinds of herbs had all significant inhibitory effect to Staphylococus au reus and Escherichia coli,and the inhibitory effect gradually increased along with the increasing concentration of the herbs. The best bacteriostatic concentration of the herbs was all 1.000 0 mg/ml. The bacteriostatic effect was different at the same concentration. [Conclusion] The active ingredients extracted from the six kinds of Herb all had the significant inhibitory effect on Staphylococaa aweus and Escherichia coli.关键词
