剑麻叶片内源激素高效液相色谱测定方法研究
High Performance Liquid Chromatography Determination of Endogenous Hormones in Mature Leaves of Agavybrid No.11648
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to study the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) determination of endogenous hormones in agavybrid No. 11648 leaves. [ Method ] Combining the hormone extraction methods of enzyme linked immunoassay, Gibberellin acid (GA3) ,3-indoleacetic acid (1AA), abscisic acid (ABA) and zeatin (ZT) in mature leaves of agavybrid No. 11648 were determined by HPLC [Result] The procedure could analyze the GA3 ,IAA, ABA and ZT in combination, and their recoveries were 78.81% , 104.96% , 81.24% and 100.55% respectively with stable retention time and good repeatability. [ Conclusion] The procedure is simple, rapid and accurate, so it is suitable for the efficient determination of endogenous hormone in mature leaves of agavybrid No. 11648.关键词
