摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to study on the extraction technology of total polyphenol (TP) from the persistent calyx of CALYX SEU FRUCTUS PHYSALIS by ultrasonic-assisted method. [Method] Taking the extraction rate of total polyphenol from the persistent calyx of CALYX SEU FRUCTUS PHYSALIS as the index,ultrasonic extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal test, based on single factor test. [ Result] The optimal conditions for the extraction of total polyphenol from the persistent calyx of CALYX SEU FRUCTUS PHYSALJS were as follows; 50% ethanol aqueous solution as the extraction solvent, 1:20 (g/ml) solid-liquid ratio,30 min extraction lime,and 2 extraction times. [Conclusion] This method was simple and reliable, and provided theoretical basis for the in-depth research and development of total polyphenol from the persistent calyx of CALYX SEU FRUCTUS PHYSAUS.
