千里光体外抗病毒作用研究
Research on Anttviral Activity of Senecio scandens Buch-Ham in vitro
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]The aim was to study antiviral effect of S. Scandens decoction in vitro. [ Method] The inhibitive effect of S. Scandensdecoction on human influenza virus,parainfluenza virus,respiratory syncytial virus,coxsackie virus B3,Adeno virus-3 and herpes simplex virusI in HeLa cells was measured by cytopathic effect ( CPE ). [ Result ] The results showed that S. Scandens decoction had obvious inhibitive effecton parainfluenza virus and respiratory syncytial virus,had no inhibition to human influenza virus,coxsackie virus B3,Adeno virus-3 and herpessimplex virus I. [ Conclusion] 5. Scandens decoction had obvious inhibitive effect on parainfluenza virus and respiratory syncytial virus invitro.关键词
