鸡白痢沙门氏菌的分离与鉴定
Isolation and Identification of Salmonella Pullorum
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The disease of 20-day-old chick with the character of swell-joint and blanc-loose stool resulting in few death was analyzed for the provision of the effective measurement of its diagnosis and control. [ Method ] The bacteriological character of the sample from the diseased chick was tested and 5 strains of Salmonella Pullorum from the sample were identified through bacterial isolation, PCR, biochemical test and its inoculation experiment. [ Results] The chicks could be infected by the isolated strain, which were similar clinical signs as the diseased chick in farm. [Conclusion] The pathogen of Salmonella Pullorum was main reason in the chick-diseasing.关键词
