Research on the Innovation to Rural Environmental Pollution Control System
摘要
Abstract
The deteriorated rural environment pollution problem has already become an inevitable major problem in constructing the new socialism countryside. Many reasons are making a contribution to rural environmental pollution problem that is getting worse,but whether it is "market failure" ,or "government failure" ,or issues in science and technology and education,it is in essence a series "failure" of specific systems and its operating mechanism designs,arrangement. Therefore,it becomes an inevitable choice to innovate and perfect the existing rural environmental pollution control system and to build a square win-win cooperation structured system arrangement among government, enterprises, public and social organization.关键词
