Abstract
The resettlement temporary transition problem has emerged in hydropower project construction because of temporary land acquisition, construction process and other unreasonable reasons, and some has affected project construction and social stability in recent years. With the development of economy and society, the improvement of living condition, the systematization of law and regulation and the improvement of legal awareness, the immigrants pay more attention to their own interests. In order to ensure the social stability of project area and the construction of project, it is necessary to study the reasons, classifications and treatments of resettlement temporary transition.关键词
