摘要
Abstract
How to evaluate competition ability of Muslim food enterprises is related to high-quality Muslim enterprises cultivation. In this paper, by constructing a set competitiveness evaluation index system of Muslim food enterprises, and using the AHP method to determine the weight of each index, which help enterprises to evaluate and analyze existing problems and gap, and put forward effective countermeasures for promoting competitiveness of Muslim food enterprises.关键词
