摘要
Abstract
we studied theoretic development of ecological civilization, and put forward the concept model of ecological civilization regulated by nature, society and government. In the construction of ecological civilization, the nature, society and government play different roles and have re-spective functions. Therefore, we should build a self - regulating network of ecological civilization through natural law, social law, as well as sci-entific outlook on development.关键词
