摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to compare different determination methods of hista mine content from aquatic. [Method]The HPLC-DAD method and UV-VIS spectrophotometry method were used to determine hista mine content. [Result]Both methods had good linearity(r>0. 99) ; The range of recovery rate is 90% - 110% ; HPLC-DAD method shows high measurement accuracy, UV-VIS spectrophotometry method shows poor repeatability. [Conclusion]Hhe study laid the foundation for accuracy determine hista mine content.关键词
