一个水稻损伤诱导型叶色突变体的发现及其特性研究
The discovery and characteristics of a injury-induced leaf-color-mutant(iil)in rice
摘要
Abstract
In breeding process, a spontaneous leaf color mutant, named iil(Injury-induced leaf-color-mutant), was found from Huaidao7 of late medium japonica variety. The morphology observation, as well as the study of leaf color transformation characteristics of different sowing and transplanting stage showed that the mutant behaved a typical pheno-type of green-white-green, the mutant character only arose under the function of stress signal induced by mechanical scari-fication such as transplantation, and phenotype of the mutant took place in whole developing stage of rice. Leaves color pheno-type, leaves color transformation characteristics and induced mechanism of the mutant have not been reported. The mutant has been identified a new leaf color mutant in rice (Injury-induced leaf-color-mutant, iil).关键词
