摘要

Abstract

For the security defects of the cryptosystem based on hyper chaos proposed by Gao et al, an this paper proposed an improved encryption algorithm while chaotic sequences generated from the hyper-chaos system were employed to encrypt each pixel in different ways. Simulation experiments demonstrate the modified cryptosystem has an excellent performance and high encryption efficiency. It maintains all the advantages of the original one and conquers the potential flaws which can not resist chosen-plaintext attack and chosen-cipher text attack. Hence, the proposed encryption algorithm can achieve satisfactory performance with higher security.
