水平井管柱液压扶正器的研制与初步应用

Abstract
The pipe string in horizontal well is affected by gravitational force, resulting in uneven stress on packer rubber, thus reduced its sealing property and made it incapable of long - term isolation for horizontal intervals. To solve this problem, hydraulic centralizer has been developed for horizontal well. The centralizer has been tested for design concept, material, assembly process and performance through model tests. Field test and application have shown that this tool can centralize the pipe string in horizontal well, ensure packer sealing property and effectively isolate target intervals. When the centralizing force is released, the centralizing mechanism can be withdrawn safely, thereby reduced risks in workover operation. This centralizer can be applied to multistage fracturing , water shutoff and water injection in horizontal well, deviated well and extended reach well, and is highly worth popularizing.关键词
