分层射孔调剖技术在低渗透油田的应用

Abstract
Conventional profile control is hard to fit oil wells with multiple layers and intervals, so that zonal perforating parameters are optimized to adjust injection - production profile. In the case of commingled production, water intake capacity of each layer can be controlled by adjusting perforating parameters to equilibrium injection and production along the whole wellbore and finally improve oil recovery by water flooding. A mathematical model has been built up based on the theory of two - phase fluid flow and the relationship between perforating damage and productivity to optimize zonal perforating parameters and to adjust injection - production profile, and the software for optimizing perforating parameters has been developed. Perforating designs are optimized for different geologic conditions and operation purposes by using the software. Application of the optimized perforating parameters in low permeability oilfield has shown that the intake profile obviously becomes balanced, showing good result.关键词
