miR-143和miR-145在膀胱癌中的表达及意义
Expression and Significance of miR-143 and miR-145 in Bladder Cancer
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To investigate the expression of miR-143 and miR-145 in bladder cancer and their association with clinicopathologic features of bladder cancer. [ Methods ] miRNA microarray, Northen blot, real-time PCR were used to detect the expression of miR-143 and miR-145 in bladder cancer and their association with clinical stages and grades were analyzed. [Results] The expression of miR-143 and miR-145 were significantly decreased in bladder cancer compared with normal adjacent tissues by miRNA microarray, Northen blot and real-time PCR. However, there were not significant differences in different clinical stages and grades of bladder cancer. [Conclusion]The expression of miR-143 and miR-145 were significandy decreased in bladder cancer, which may be closely involved in the tumorigenesis of bladder cancer.关键词
