摘要

Abstract

Automation equipment and monitoring system in power system are increasingly complex, and providing synchronous clock of a sufficiency of accuracy for power system becomes the key factor of improving equipment operation stability and monitoring system accuracy. A synchronous backup clock circuit is designed based on GPS / Beidou system dual-timing source, and it can follow the dual -timing source clock signal effectively. A kind of high stability crystal local clock structure is designed based on the satellite clock signal and backup clock signal as well as the time interval measurement technology, and it can maintain a high accuracy within a certain time. On this basis, a timing scheme for power system based on multi-timing source and multi-mode of timing is put forward, and it can select the appropriate timing mode depending on the different timing facilities which need timing, and it improves the stability, reliability, and economy of the timing in power system.
