高效液相色谱法测定除草剂苄嘧磺隆含量研究
Determination of Bensulfuron-methyl By HPLC
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to establish a determination method of bensulfuron-methyl content by high performance liquid chromato-graphic method(HPLC). [ Method] The content of bensulfuron-methyl in a herbicide was determined by HPLC with C18 reverse-phase chromato-graphic column and UV detector under wavelength of 236 nm, and the mobile phase was methanol and water with volume ratio of 80:20. [ Result ] The linear regression equation for the determination method of bensulfuron-methyl content by HPLC was y = 3. 565 9x + 0. 657 2, and the method had a good linear correlation with peak area within 0.5 - 16.0 mg/ml (R2 =0.998 6). The recovery ranged from 101.4% to 110.3% ; the standard derivation was 0. 168, and the coefficient of variation was 2. 09% (n =6). The detection limit for bensulfuron-methyl was 0. 1 mg/L. [Conclusion] The method has an ideal analysis result, so it could provide a reference for the analysis of bensulfuron-methyl content.关键词
