Abstract
The leaching objectives of the course "Food and Biochemistry Experiment" were introduced, and the teaching reform of the course "Food and Biochemistry Experiment" was expounded from the aspects of experimental teaching contents, teaching materials, model of teaching and laboratory construction. Finally, the effects of the reform of the course "Food and Biochemistry Experiment" were evaluated.关键词
