无源自适应磁流变阻尼器的磁场设计与研究
Magnetic field design and research of passive adaptive MR damper
摘要
Abstract
For the problem that ordinary MR damper requires extra field coil and has dependence on energy with large volume and complex structure, a magnetic field structure of passive adaptive MR damper was designed. The magnetic circuit provided magnetic field by permanent magnet and transformed the variation of load force on MR damper into the variation of relative permeability of giant magnetostrictive material based on giant magnetostrictive inverse effect, and thus made magnetic field through the magnetorheological fluid changed. Finite element method was used to verify the correctness of the magnetic circuit. Apply the magnetic structure in passive adaptive MR damper and experiment was done. The result shows that the designed magnetic field structure can change the variation of external force into the variation of magnetic flux density and then change into the variation of damping force. The design of magnetic field meets the requirements of passive adaptive MR damper.关键词
