Abstract
The work mechanism of heat piper and the structure form and manufacturing method of porous wick, the core component in heat technology, are briefly introduced. The heat pipes technology applications in electronics, electrical appliance, aerospace engineering and modern industry are introduced. The potential research tendendcy is also pointed out.关键词
