包裹型ZrB2-YAG-Al2O3复相陶瓷的制备及氧化性能研究

摘要
Abstract
Zirconium diboride is widely applied because of some excellent performance. The capsule type Al(OH)3-Y(OH)3/ZrB2 composite powders were prepared by a co-precipitation method, the capsule type Al2O3-Y2O3/ZrB2 composite powders were prepared by sintering Al (OH)3-Y( OH)3/ZrB2 composite powders. The capsule type ZrB2-YAG-Al2O3 multi-phase ceramics was sintered and densified at 1 700℃ , 20MPa for 4min by spark plasma sintering method with using capsule type Al2 O3-Y2 O3-ZrB2 composite powders. The results show that oxidation weight gain is increased with increasing the oxidation temperature, however, the oxidation weight gain is decreased with increasing the YAG-A12O3 content.关键词
