The clinical experience of single-port transumbilical laparoscopic appendectomy

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the application prospect of the single-port transumbilical laparoscopic appendectomy. Methods : The operative methods and clinical effects of 16 cases single-port transumbilical laparoscopic appendectomy were retrospectively analyzed. Results: One case was converted to laparoscopic appendectomy, and the other 15 cases were operated successfully without complication. Conclusions:The cosmetic result of single-port transumbilical laparoscopic is superior,but it is a difficult procedure,and patients should be carefully selected.关键词
