A New Life Evaluation Method for Coking Ark Bulge of Power Station Boiler

Abstract
A variety of methods were employed to inspect the bulges on the coking ark of power station boilers. The effect of high - temperature corrosion resistant coatings on formation of the bulges was discussed and the formation mechanism of the bulges was studied. The correlation between hardness and pearlite spheroidization was established based on Matlab simulation. The pearlite spheroidization degree of the coking ark was analyzed by measuring the Leeb hardness of the bulges on the spot. It is proposed that the pearlite spheroidization degree of the pressure parts of power station boilers can be analyzed by measuring the Leeb hardness of the bulges' surface, based on which the residue life of the pressure components can be predicted. This new method may replace the conventional in - situ metallography.关键词
