目的:测定紫菀蜜炙前后黄酮类成分的含量.方法:采用高效液相色谱法.结果:紫菀中槲皮素含量为0.168 0mg/g,蜜炙品槲皮素含量为0.130 8mg/g;生品山奈酚含量为0.164 2mg/g,蜜炙品山奈酚含量为0.121 3mg/g.结论:炮制前后紫菀中黄酮类成分含量均有降低的趋势.

Objective: To determine the contents of flavonoids in Aster tataricus before and after processing with refined honey. Method:HPLC was used for the determination. Results; After processing with refined honey,the content of quercitrin decreased from 0. 168 0mg/g to 0. 130 8mg/g; After processing with refined honey, the content of kaempferol decreased from 0. 164 2mg/g to 0. 121 3mg/g. Conclusion: Flavonoid content in Aster tataricus is decreased after processing.
