摘要

Abstract

The result of pretreatment on corn straw by ligninolytic enzymes produced by white-rot fungi is that hydrolysis saccharification of corn straw is inhibited by ligninolytic enzymes. The lower rate of reducing sugar and glucose concentration are 40. 3% and 2.7% after pretreatment by coarse peroxi-dase fermentation broth; 3.8% and 2.9% after pretreatment by coarse laccase fermentation broth and the lower rate of reducing sugar is 27% after pretreatment by mixed enzyme fermentation broth. This shows that the influence of coarse peroxidase is the greatest, mixing enzymes is secondly and laccase is the lightest. The inhibition was verified by the Novozymes laccase experiments. The experiments of No-vozymes laccase show the lower rate of reducing sugar is 27.5% after pretreatment 24 h by Novozymes laccase and 15. 8% after the viability of Novozymes laccase was inactivated.
