摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive respiratory function exercise on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in the remission stage of lung function. Methods A total of 86 patients with COPD in the remission stage were randomly divided into intervention group (n -42) and control group (n =44). The intervention group received conventional therapy as well as comprehensive respiratory function exercise. The control group received conventional treatment only. Relevant indicators of pulmonary function were compared between the two groups. Results The pulmonary function showed no significant difference between the two. Groups before treatment. After treatment, the interveniion group was significantly better than the untreated and the control group in the pulmonary function (P < 0. 05). Conclusions Comprehensive respiratory function exercise significantly improves the pulmonary function of COPD patients in the remission stage.关键词
