棉铃虫酰基辅酶A△9去饱和酶基因的分子鉴定
Molecular identification of Helicoverpa armigera acyl-CoA delta-9 desaturase gene
摘要
Abstract
In the present study acyl-CoA delta-9 desaturase Cdna was obtained from Helicoverpa ar-migera by RT-PCR and RACE methods. According to the sequence analysis it was found that the full-length sequence of acyl-CoA delta-9 desaturase Cdna contains 2 931 nucleotides and the open reading frame contain 1 062 s nucleotides encoding 33 amino acid residues with predicted 40.66 Kd molecular weight. Developmentally expressed profile found that this gene arrived peak in early of 5th larvae, and was down-regulated by hunger and juvenile hormone, further molting hormone, 20E, challenge found that acyl-CoA delta-9 desaturase was up-regulated by 20E.关键词
