Hardware in Loop Real-Time Simulation Platform Implementation of Five-Phase Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor
摘要
Abstract
A hardware in loop (HIL) real-time simulation platform based on field programmable gate array( FP-GA) for vehicle used five-phase IPM motor was constructed. A motor drive system mathematical model used fixed point and single floating point data format in FPGA was built. A semi-physical motor system was constructed, which connected to dSPACE controller to form a HIL real-time simulation platform. The results of real-time simulation on the HIL platform were compared with that of MATLAB/Simulink simulation,which indicated that the HIL platform not only could real-time test and verified the hardware and software of controller, but also its simulation accuracy was more approximated to the real vehicle motor condition.关键词
