摘要

Abstract

Objective To develop a special equipment that can be used for cleaning and disinfection of nonhuman primates. Methods With CAD/CAE technology, three-dimensional modeling of the main framework was built, and the load and restriction of the model support were reduced by CAE calculation in order to get optimized result. Results Through the optimization of the main framework, the overall weight was reduced, and force bearing points of the support structure were distributed reasonably. Conclusion The bathing trolley, being novel, easy to operate and clean, improves the experimental animal management and occupational health protection.
