The molecular mechanism of melanocyte development and differentiation
摘要
Abstract
Chromatophores are specialized cells found in animals that provide different coat colors and pigment patterns. Moreover, melanocytes protect skin from ultraviolet rays. This review summarizes the pigment patterns, development and differentiation of melanocytes, and gene regulation in these processes. In the end, we review the research progress toward stem cell induced melanocytes.关键词
