两种拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂对萼花臂尾轮虫的急性毒性研究
Acute Toxicity of Two Pyrethroid Pesticides to Brachionus calyciflorus
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]The paper was to study the 24 and 48 h acute toxicity of common pyrethroid pesticides of cypermethrin and deltamethrin to Brachionus calyciflorus. [ Method ] With Guangzhou strain of B. Calyciflorus as test animal, the standard toxicity test method was used to carry out acute toxicity test,and LC50 of cypermethrin and deltamethrin to rotifer was determined using probability unit method. [ Result]24 or 48 h LC50 of cypermethrin to rotifer was 3 376.87 and 5.87 ng/L,and those of deltamethrin to rotifer was 594.56 and 74.17 μg/L,respectively. [ Conclusion]Acute toxicity of cypermethrin and deltamethrin on rotifer to 24 and 48 h was different ,48 h LC50 of cypermethrin and deltamethrin to rotifer was more sensitive than 24 h LC50 on monitoring this chemical contamination in water body.关键词
