Al3+对蚯蚓和家兔乙酰胆碱酯酶的毒性研究
Toxicity of Aluminum on Acetylcholinesterase(AChE) of Earthworm and Habit
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to study the toxicity of aluminum on acetylcholinesterase( AChE) of earthworm and habit. [ Method] The toxicity of aluminum on AChE of habit brain and earthworm were evaluated in vitro. [ Result ] AChE activities were depressed significantly by concentration ranges of Al3+. The IC50 values of Al3+ on AChE activity of earthworm and habit brain were 5.4 and 4. 2 mmol/L, respectively.The bimolecular rate constant (Ki) of 4.2 mmol/L Al3+ on AChE of habit brain was 1.02 times more than that of 5.4 mmol/L Al3+ on AChE of earthworm, which suggested that AChE from habit brain has higher sensitivity to Al3+ than that of earthworm. [Conclusion] The research provides theoretical basis for clarifying the toxicity of aluminum on AchE from the whole of animal life layer and fastly determining the pollution of aluminum by AchE.关键词
