Urea Increasing α-linolenic Acid Content of Linseed Oil in the Optimization Process

摘要

Abstract

Urea was employed to increase α-Hnolenic acid content of linseed oil. Conditions for Urea purifying α-linolenic acid process were optimized by using response surface analysis. Experimental results show the best conditions for it are as follows: the inclusion reaction mixture of fatty acid, urea, ethanol ( quality than) = 1:3:7, the inclusion temperature is -20℃ , and the inclusion time is 30 hours, when a-linolenic acid content is 93. 27 %. The method is feasible for the development of new drugs, providing the basis for industrial production.
